Golden Nugget Atlantic City will reopen its sportsbook Jan. 29.

The casino said Wednesday the update to its sports betting facility will include new technology and new betting markets.

“Our team is committed to providing an elevated betting atmosphere, and these enhancements are proof of that,” said Tom Pohlman, the casino's general manager.

The sportsbook will offer new betting options, including markets for Ultimate Fighting Championship and mixed martial arts events; college baseball and softball; women’s college basketball; men’s college hockey, and the summer and winter Olympics.

Other features include same-game parlays; teasers with traditional or alternate spreads; a wider range of player and team prop bet options; boosted odds; a bet builder to create personalized bets, and the allowance of an early cash-out.

The facility has 50 televisions, five video walls and numerous self-betting kiosks.

Regular hours of operation are 3 to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday. Customers also can place bets 24/7 on kiosks throughout the casino floor.
