菲律宾海关局(BOC)近日在卡加延德奥罗港(Port of Cagayan de Oro)拦截价值1.6亿披索来自中国的走私香烟。

菲律宾海关局(BOC)近日在卡加延德奥罗港(Port of Cagayan de Oro)拦截价值1.6亿披索来自中国的走私香烟。


卡加延德奥罗港区税收员Alexandra Yap-Lumontad在一份声明中表示，这些货物于1月18日抵达棉兰佬岛集装箱码头的PHIVIDEC工业区，当局随后进行了抽查并发现违禁品。


这批货物于2022年12月16日从中国运抵，收货人将其申报为“个人物品”，但实际藏有2000箱“新柏林”(New Berlin)走私香烟。


海关局官员针对可能违反第10863号共和国法即《海关现代化和关税法》第1400条(错误申报)的目标货物发布了报关前控制令(PLCO)。
