当地时间1月24日，菲律宾旅游部为迎接春节后首批来菲的旅客举行大型欢迎仪式。菲旅游部预计随着中国游客数量的增加，旅游业将更快复苏。
当地时间1月24日，菲律宾旅游部为迎接春节后首批来菲的旅客举行大型欢迎仪式。菲旅游部预计随着中国游客数量的增加，旅游业将更快复苏。
菲旅游部(DOT)部长加西亚·弗拉斯科(Christina Garcia Frasco)表示：“中国游客的到来预示着新年一个非常吉祥的开始，也表明小马科斯总统对中国进行国事访问以促进两国关系取得积极成果。”
她补充道：“我们预计会有更多的中国游客抵达，这将极大地帮助我们努力改造和恢复旅游业，因为我们的意图不仅是恢复大流行前的人数，而且要超过它。在我们两国政府的立场下，中菲两国的关系在未来几年肯定会进一步改善。”菲律宾是继中方解除对中国公民的出境限制后，最新一个欢迎中国游客的国家。
