警方表示，37岁的余某于清晨12点半将价值1.4万披索的毒品卖给卧底警察，前者在收下现金后被警察立即制服。
当局最终从余某身上发现两包重23克的沙雾(冰毒)，案值约为15万披索。
警方将余某标记为当地的高价值毒贩，并正在追查毒品的来源。
嫌犯将面临违反第9165号共和国法令《2002年综合危险药物法》的指控。
