全球云通信公司 Vonage 与 WhatsApp 达成合作，在新加坡 WhatsApp 中推出支付功能。此次合作将使 Vonage 能够为企业和消费者提供无缝的端到端购物体验，从挑选商品、购买到支付都可以在 WhatsApp 完成。目前有多个品牌可以在 WhatsApp 中通过 Vonage 进行收款，包括 NOEXCUSES 和 TyeTye。
Vonage 产品管理高级总监 Yash Kotak 表示：“在 Vonage 通信平台的全力支持下，我们很高兴通过 Jumper.ai 提供支持的嵌入式商务功能“Vonage Conversational Commerce”来满足客户不断变化的需求，并通过 WhatsApp 推动更具吸引力和无缝的购物体验。这一发展突显了我们致力于继续推动对话式商务的发展，并使新加坡各地的企业能够与客户建立互动。”
Vonage 使品牌能够在热门的聊天软件、社交网络平台（如 WhatsApp，Messenger，Instagram）中创建全渠道、即时沟通的消费体验。据了解，WhatsApp 与 Vonage 的本次合作是继 3 月份在巴西获准在社交媒体平台上推出支付功能之后的再度合作。
与此相似的是，全球支付服务商 Stripe 在本月初也宣布与 WhatsApp 达成合作，允许新加坡企业直接在 WhatsApp 聊天中通过 Stripe 接受付款。
