菲律宾移民局(BI)表示，它准备驱逐一名自去年以来一直被通缉的中国公民，他涉嫌假冒菲律宾公民身份办理各类文件。
菲律宾移民局(BI)表示，它准备驱逐一名自去年以来一直被通缉的中国公民，他涉嫌假冒菲律宾公民身份办理各类文件。
当局将嫌犯确认为60岁的庄某，他于5月16日星期二在马尼拉荫美沓区(Ermita)FB Harrison街被捕。去年七月，他因被列为不受欢迎的外国人而被发出简易驱逐令。
移民局表示，庄某涉嫌使用Albert Torres Abaya的名字，并使用该虚构的身份向证券交易委员会(SEC)提交/办理公司文件、向陆运署办公室(LTO)申请驾照、并在厘务局(BIR)注册企业并获取其他公共文件。
嫌疑人目前被拘留在达义市的移民局拘留所，并将等待驱逐出境程序。他也将被列入移民局黑名单，以永远禁止他入境菲律宾。
移民局(BI)局长诺曼·陈新戈(Norman Tansingco)警告称：“那些藐视和嘲弄菲律宾法律和移民法的外国公民不配享有留在这里的特权。他们应该被驱逐出境并禁止再次入境。”
