菲律宾实名注册SIM卡突破1个亿

当地时间6月22日，国家电信委员会(NTC)表示，截至6月中旬，已完成SIM卡实名注册的手机卡数量已经突破一个亿。
当地时间6月22日，国家电信委员会(NTC)表示，截至6月中旬，已完成SIM卡实名注册的手机卡数量已经突破一个亿。
根据数据，截至2023年6月20日，共有100,048,884张手机卡完成实名注册，但这一数字只占168,016,400 用户总数的59.55%。
四月底，菲律宾总统小马科斯宣布将SIM卡注册截止日期从4月26日延长至7月25日。
菲信息技术部(DICT)此前希望七成的总用户群完成实名注册，以确保“合法”的SIM卡用户都在系统中注册。
随着截止日期的临近，菲信息技术部表示将逐渐关闭一些SIM卡服务，例如访问社交媒体帐户和失去打出电话等功能。
若以运营商来分析，SMART已有4700万用户完整注册，占该公司6630万总用户的71%。与此同时，GLOBE注册用户约为4580万，占8670万总用户的52%
该国第三家电信运营商DITO的注册用户数也来到690万，占1490万总用户的46%
