菲律賓尼諾·阿基諾國際機場(NAIA)的移民官員最近拒絕了一名中國台灣逃犯入境菲律賓，原因是他涉嫌參與毒品和洗錢等非法活動。
據菲律賓移民局表示，這名36歲的吳某在6月26日通過亞洲航空從馬來西亞吉隆坡抵達馬尼拉。
出入境調查顯示，吳某已被列入國際刑警組織的紅色通緝名單。該通緝令顯示他在柬埔寨被指控製造、運輸、販賣毒品以及洗錢。
據悉，吳某在2012年至2021年期間參與了多個非法活動，包括在柬埔寨建立毒品生產和分銷網絡。
進一步的調查顯示，中國台灣當局也以詐欺罪名對吳某發出通緝令。
移民局長諾曼·陳新戈(Norman Tansingco)強調了有效的國際合作的重要性，並表示：“我們與其他政府的密切協調使我們能夠迅速核實涉及外國國民的案件。”
