Google隐私权政策更新 允许以公开数据训练AI模型

Google的搜索器、地图、电邮、YouTube等服务，已经成为大部分网民的日常生活一部分，先前Google宣布更新《隐私权政策》，并且已经在7月1日正式生效，这次的变更明显是冲着近期大热的生成式人工智能而来，Google要求用户允许他们以公开数据去训练人工智能模型。

更新后的《隐私权政策》提到“我们可能会收集网络上的公开数据或来?其他公开来源的数据，借此训练Google的AI模型，以及开发“Google翻译”、Bard和Cloud AI等产品及功能。或者，如果商家的数据出现在某个网站上，我们可能会将其加?索引，并显?在Google服务中。”。在对上一个《隐私权政策》版本中，Google仅表示会以公开数据训练语言模型和开发“Google翻译”，这是首次提及AI模型、Bard和Cloud AI等产品和功能。
生成式人工智能的训练涉及大量互联网数据，各科技公司如何收集引发版权和隐私的争议，有外媒认为Google更新隐私政策有指是为了保障自己，期望能避免ChatGPT开发商OpenAI被指侵权而受到起诉的情况。
