6月集体控告ChatGPT开发商OpenAI的Clarkson律师事务所，日前再次出手，一样集体控告Google母公司Alphabet和子公司DeepMind，指控未获授权以用户数据训练人工智能，要求停止服务并赔偿受影响网友。
Clarkson律师事务所11日向加州联邦法院控告，称Google秘密偷取数以亿计美国人网络创作和分享内容，用这些数据训练聊天机器人Bard等人工智能产品，又称Google取用创意和文案等，几乎所有网友数字足迹构建自家人工智能产品。
Google总法律顾问Halimah DeLaine Prado声明反击，指控毫无根据，Google多年一直明确表示，会使用公共数据，如发至开放网络和公共数据库内容训练Google翻译等服务的人工智能模型，恪守Google人工智能原则，美国法律支持以公共资讯创造有益用途，Google期待上法院驳斥毫无根据的说法。
