該公司以Play Synergy的名義開展業務，這一戰略舉措將使其控制並管理Aruze的角子機路線和營運相關的銷售、服務、支援和運營工作。
Play Synergy同時證實，現有的Aruze員工將成為該項收購的一部分，並承諾在顧慮到Aruze現有客戶群可能感到不安的情況下，實現「平穩過渡，及專注於服務卓越客戶」。
Play Synergy的總裁Frank Feng表示：「Aruze、Play Synergy和整個過程中的其他持份者在此過程中合作得工作出色，為Aruze的絕大多數團隊成員提供了新的就業機會。外加業內其他人士的興趣，這一舉措最大限度的將受影響的人士及其家庭收到的干擾減到了最低。」
Play Synergy表示，預計在接下來的30天內完成的對Aruze資產和人員的收購，將大大增強其在博彩遊戲行業中的影響力。
