US.- Washington DC’s sports betting handle was $11.2m in June, down 10.4 per cent compared to May’s $12.5m and down 13.8 per cent from June 2022 ($13.8m). Gross gaming revenue was $484,672, 75.8 per cent less than the $2m reported in May and 51.5 per cent behind $1m last June.

Caesars Entertainment led the market in revenue, collecting $256,861 from a $3m handle. Gambet, run by the DC Lottery and powered by Intralot, registered $5.4m in wagers and $149,085 in revenue. 

Grand Central Bar, which is partnered Elys Game Technology, was next with $43,112 in revenue from $286,899 in bets. Close behind was BetMGM with revenue of $42,184 from $1.7m in bets. Cloakbook only turned $627 from $11,272. while FanDuel, which has a retail sportsbook at Audi Field, suffered a loss of $7,197 from a $511,958 handle.
