菲律賓開發商 Megaworld 將在今年在位於馬尼拉娛樂城的 Westside City 開發項目內，開設該國最大的酒店綜合體。
菲律賓開發商 Megaworld 將在今年在位於馬尼拉娛樂城的 Westside City 開發項目內，開設該國最大的酒店綜合體。
這座 19 層的雙塔Grand Westside Hotel酒店將擁有 1,530 間客房，第一座塔樓計劃於今年年底前開業，第二座塔樓將於 2024 年開業。
Westside City 位於帕拉納克市，佔地 31 公頃，還將成為 LET 集團子公司 Suntrust Resort Holdings 正在開發的價值 10 億美元的賭場酒店的所在地。
Megaworld Hotels & Resorts 董事總經理 Cleofe Albiso 表示：「一旦開業，Grand Westside Hotel 將成為我們投資組合中以及迄今為止菲律賓全國最大的酒店。」
「經由NANA告訴公路往來機場只需要很短的車程，客人就能欣賞到世界聞名的馬尼拉灣日落美景以及馬卡蒂、馬尼拉和達義市的天際線美景。」
該酒店將設有兩層零售和商業空間，佔地 1,995 平方米，五樓將擁有大量開放空間，包括一個可俯瞰馬尼拉灣美景的寬敞泳池區、兒童泳池、涼亭、禪宗花園和戶外休息區。
內部設有四間多功能廳、一間健身房及按摩室，四間餐廳和一間專供 VIP 客人使用的行政酒廊。
