根据马尼拉警察局第一分局的调查员Wilson Cruz的报告，这两条大腿于周六早上被发现。
除了穿着黑色衣物外，目前没有其他证据可以用来辨认这具尸体部分的身份。
一名海员发现了这一情况，并向值班安保人员报告，后者随即通知了警方。
