涉嫌偷窃手机，2名外国男子被柬警方逮捕！

8月19日，卜迭棉芷省警方将涉嫌偷窃手机店的2名外国男子移交初级法院依法处置。
据当地警方透露，上述2名嫌疑犯是泰国籍，分别是36岁和25岁，他们均居住在波贝市。
据手机店老板指出，8月17日晚20时30分，有2名男子来到波贝市奥测县一家手机店，其中一名男子进去手机店假装要购买苹果手机，另一名男子则做在摩托车上等待其同伙，当他拿出来一部苹果手机让这名男子观看时，突然间这名男子拿了手机然后跳上其同伙的摩托车，立即准备逃离现场，不幸他们的摩托车摔倒，无法前行。附近民众前来救援，将这2名男子拦截，并将他们交给警方处置。
上述2名男子被捕后，他们在警察局供认确实偷窃了手机。当地警方根据他们的口供，将他们移交该省初级法院依法处置。
