云顶集团第二季度营收同比增长13.7%,达到约42亿港元
具体来看,云顶集团第二季度营收同比增长13.7%,达到约42亿港元,并实现小额盈利约800万港元,成功扭亏为盈。不过上半年受第一季度亏损影响,利润仍较为有限。
云顶集团的主要收入来源是马来西亚市场的休闲和酒店业务,该板块收入持续增长,对整体营收增长提供了重要支撑。
但是在利润方面,云顶集团存在一定压力。一方面,人工成本和运营费用增加,压缩了利润空间。另一方面,集团存在大量美元借款,美元升值导致其产生了高达4.4亿港元的汇率损失,这也直接导致其EBITDA大幅下滑。
如果剔除汇率因素,分析认为云顶集团的核心净利润将达到约2亿港元,但实际受汇率影响利润增速乏力,低于预期。
尽管如此,云顶集团还是宣布了中期股息,并被预计下半年股息配发会更高。同时,业界也看好其获得纽约赌场牌照的可能性。
