据《时代》杂志报道，亚耶拉公司(Ayala Corp.)、生力集团(San Miguel Corporation)、快乐蜂餐饮集团(Jollibee Food Corp.)、菲律宾长途电话公司(PLDT)、首都银行(Metrobank)和金融银行(BDO Unibank)等公司均跻身“改变世界”的 750 家公司之列。
杂志对这些公司的收入增长、员工满意度和可持续性进行了评级。
科技巨头微软、苹果、谷歌母公司Alphabet和脸书前身(Meta Platforms)位居榜首。
与此同时，中国有近20家企业上榜，其中腾讯以第126名排名最高，其次是中国石化、京东、顺丰、中国工商银行、中建集团、阿里巴巴、小米、比亚迪等公司。
《时代》杂志指出，科技公司表现良好，因为它们的碳排放量远低于航空公司、酒店或大型制造商等其他拥有大量物理足迹的公司。但该杂志称，他们排名靠前的原因还在于他们的员工基本上都很快乐。
在菲律宾，亚耶拉公司排名第一，全球排名第309位，总得分为83.66。此外，该公司在可持续发展方面排名第535位，在员工满意度方面排名第73位，拥有中等发展机会。
与此同时，生力集团以83.08分排名全球第347位。该公司在可持续发展方面排名第712位，在员工满意度方面排名第67位，拥有极高发展机会。
快乐蜂餐饮集团以81.94分排名全球第421位。该公司在可持续发展方面排名第683位，在员工满意度方面排名第57位，拥有高发展机会。
电信巨头PLDT以78.71分排名全球第609位。该公司在可持续发展方面排名第454位，在员工满意度方面排名第317位，拥有中等发展机会。
首都银行Metrobank以78.12分排名全球第634位。该公司在可持续发展方面排名第731位，在员工满意度方面排名第116位，拥有高发展机会。
菲律宾金融银行BDO以77.85分排名全球第647位。该公司在可持续发展方面排名第715位，在员工满意度方面排名第173位，拥有中等发展机会。
