直到周五，上述人员才被告知他们将被遣送回中国。据悉，其中四人还试图从大楼的四楼跳下，以试图逃脱并避免被驱逐出境。
由于BC牌照已被取消，该BC公司的中国和马来西亚员工的工作签证已被取消，因此将被驱逐出境。
菲总统反有组织犯罪委员会发言人Winston John Casio表示：“我们已经没有时间对所有外国人立案并提起诉讼，因此将其驱逐出境是最快的方式。他们中的一些人其实已经在菲律宾扎根，有女朋友、配偶或孩子，所以被驱逐出境对他们来说很痛苦。”
