菲律宾司法部长称对菲律宾离岸博彩运营商（ POGO ）嫌疑人的围捕是一场“后勤噩梦”。
据 GMA 报道，司法部长耶稣·雷穆拉 (Jesus Remulla) 指出，政府和执法机构缺乏资源来处理逮捕和拘留嫌疑人的问题。
这位官员指出：“我们没有地方以人道主义的方式适当地限制他们。”他进一步指出，缺乏限制嫌疑人的卫生条件意味着“我们不会那么积极地试图抓住所有人，因为我们无法无需资源即可控制”。
这位官员特别指出了最近在拉斯皮纳斯市和邦板牙省发生的大规模袭击，他称这些袭击是为嫌疑人提供食物的“后勤噩梦”。
该官员还指出，驱逐外国嫌疑人，特别是中国人，存在问题。
雷穆拉指出，司法部无法就是否应立即关闭网络博彩公司采取立场，并指出“我们研究了管理网络博彩公司的法律制度，这是我们的责任，到目前为止，实际上是菲娱乐博彩公司允许网络博彩公司在该国的运营，就法律制度而言，我们必须尊重这一点，直到通过一项法律禁止这些网络博彩公司。”
