交易所MEXC遭德國金管局警告，未授權提供金融服務

MEXC 遭德國金管局警告

據德國聯邦金融監管局 (BaFin) 10 月 17 日公告，其聲稱 MEXC 在未授權的情況下提供金融服務，已違反《銀行法》相關法規。

BaFin 指出：

只有獲得德國聯邦金融監理局的許可，才能在德國提供金融服務。然而一些公司在未經必要許可的情況下提供此類服務。

BaFin 建議可以在官網資料庫中搜尋，以確認特定機構在德國是否已獲得批准。

MEXC 並未對此消息回應。

MEXC 今年也遭日本警告

今年 4 月時，日本金融廳點名 4 家加密交易所在該國未註冊營運，也包括 MEXC：
