BMW無線充電裝置問題造成iPhone 15 NFC晶片無法運作，影響Apple Pay

蘋果通知授權經銷商BMW、Toyota特定車款配備的無線充電器，會暫時關閉iPhone 15系列NFC功能導致Apple Pay無法運作，蘋果將釋出軟體更新以解決問題，據媒體《MacRumors》報導，此問題已在某些使用iPhone 15的BMW車主間傳出災情

蘋果昨日證實，iPhone 15系列受BMW內建的無線充電設備影響，致使Apple Pay等依賴NFC的功能無法運作。蘋果承諾會於之後釋出修補程式。

《MacRumors》引用蘋果一份分享給蘋果授權經銷商的內部備忘錄報導，蘋果公告，「一小部分新款BMW、Toyota Supra車上無線充電器」會暫時關閉iPhone 15及Plus、Pro、Pro Max系列的NFC功能。蘋果說會於今年稍晚釋出軟體更新解決問題。但這份備忘錄並未公布原因。

在iPhone中，NFC晶片是支持Apple Pay及數位車鑰運作的基礎，一旦NFC晶片功能無法運作，iPhone用戶會在Wallet App接到「無法設定Apple Pay」的錯誤訊息，即使他們之前已設定好。

從今年9月間就陸續有BMW車主抱怨在以車內無線充電器為iPhone 15充電後，NFC晶片就無法使用了。他們的iPhone 15會進入螢幕全白的資料尋找模式，等開機後NFC功能就失效了。一些用戶送修後證實NFC晶片掛掉，雖然得以換新，但換新的iPhone 15還是會碰到同樣問題。

蘋果對授權經銷商指出，發生問題時，維修人員可以利用Apple Service Toolkit 2的軟體來重啟NFC晶片。若這招行不通，就只能從硬體解決。針對消費者，唯一方法是聯繫蘋果或授權維修商，蘋果呼籲暫停使用車上無線充電器，並承諾會在過些日子釋出軟體更新解決問題。

由於蘋果昨日才釋出 iOS 17.1，因此可能要等iOS 17.1.1或iOS 17.1.2才能解決本項問題。
