With its modern restaurant, 180 guest rooms, and conference rooms, the new building will be perfectly incorporated into the current complex, elevating the entertainment hub to a new level of elegance. There will likely be a pleasant economic boost for the neighborhood as a result of this development, creating perhaps 100 permanent employment.

The hotel project in Columbus is part of PENN Entertainment’s larger expansion plan. Three other major projects are being aggressively pursued by the firm at the same time: two land-based casinos in Aurora and Joliet, Illinois, and an additional hotel tower in Henderson, Nevada.

These audacious endeavors have significant financial support; the local government has invested $50 million on the Aurora project. In addition, Gaming and Leisure Properties have shown their support by contributing an astounding $575 million toward PENN Entertainment’s four expansion projects, for a total of an astounding $850 million.
