On September 5, the Bogota Marriott Hotel will host an innovative academicagenda starting at 9:00 am. This space is designed to update knowledge and opena constructive dialogue on the current state of esports in the country. Key topics tobe discussed include the integration of esports into university programs, pedagogyand neuroscience applied to the gaming world, marketing opportunities for brandstargeting youth segments, esports monetization, esports betting, and virtualgaming.

The event will feature prominent speakers and panelists such as Ernesto LucenaBarrero, former Minister of Sports of Colombia and Delegate for Sports Rights atthe Defensoria del Pueblo; Mauricio Parodi, Representative to the Chamber of theCongress of the Republic; Angel Beccassino, renowned publicist and politicascientist; Jorge Mario Karam Rozo, Vice-Rector for Research at the Corporacion Universitaria de Cataluna; sports law and gaming specialists from Brigard UrrutiaJose Alejandro Sierra and Daniela Canizares; Mario Agudelo from Universidad deRosario; Natali Arenales from the National School of Sports; and Juan CarlosCuervo, an expert in gamification and education.
