The Snuneymuxw First Nation has entered an agreement to purchase Elements Casino based out of View Royal, months after its first casino purchase.

Great Canadian Entertainment signed the agreement to sell Elements Casino to Petroglyph Development Group, which is owned by Snuneymuxw First Nation, months after the First Nation bought Casino Nanaimo from the same group.

“We are very pleased to have executed this second historic agreement with the Snuneymuxw First Nation,” Matt Anfinson, Chief Executive Officer of Great Canadian Entertainment.

Snuneymuxw First Nation Chief Mike Wyse says the acquisition of the casino in View Royal is another step towards bringing opportunities and investments to the Nation.
