Stake has been included on the latest list of gambling businesses permitted to operate in Brazil ahead of the country’s 1 January regulated market launch. The Ministry of Finance’s Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA/MF) issued its latest whitelist [Tuesday], which now includes Stake.com.

While famous for its global cryptocurrency-powered online gaming platform, the EasyGo-operated business has worked to grow its regulated market offering in recent years, particularly in Latin America.

The federal list now includes 96 companies operating 213 brands, on top of the 18 businesses licensed by individual states.
