Ripple (XRP) 獲杜拜金管局批准

據瑞波公告，杜拜金融服務管理局 (DFSA) 已批准 XRP 代幣在杜拜國際金融中心 (DIFC) 範圍內的整合，金融中心內的持牌公司能將 XRP 納入旗下數位資產服務中。

Ripple 執行長 Brad Garlinghouse 在推特上大力讚賞阿聯酋、DIFC 的監管清晰度。

Toncoin (TON) 也獲杜拜批准

杜拜金管局最初在 2022 年 11 月批准 BTC、ETH 及 LTC。

時隔一年，金管局同步新增了 XRP、TON。

TON 官方推特同步了此消息。

Toncoin (TON) is now a DFSA-recognised Crypto Token!

This means that authorised firms can carry out financial services and activities in relation to #TON in the @DIFC.

瑞波接連戰勝 SEC 

SEC 此前指控瑞波「計畫性銷售（programmatic sales）」是銷售證券行為遭判敗訴，SEC 提中間上訴也遭駁回。

此外 SEC 還對瑞波兩大高管撤告，這被瑞波執行長譽為「三連勝」。

瑞波執行長此前還向 CNBC 透露，他們花了 2 億美元與 SEC 打官司。

這一切都讓瑞波成為對抗 SEC 的幣圈英雄。

但是，瑞波案的其它指控，包括投資契約、代幣銷售分配等仍待審判，SEC 明年仍有上訴的可能性。
