Allwyn’s collaboration with IWG’s co-founders, Rhydian Fisher and Simon Bucknall, underscores the commitment to enhancing the lottery experience. As part of the agreement, Allwyn will invest in IWG, acquiring a significant 70% stake in the company using its existing financial resources.

The investment is slated to finalize in the latter half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Notably, there will be no alterations to IWG’s operational structure post-acquisition. Rhydian Fisher and Simon Bucknall will retain their positions as CEO and COO, respectively.
