Jack Entertainment, a gaming operator based in Ohio, has chosen Konami Gaming’s “Synkros” as its exclusive casino management system.

This move will see Synkros' technology harnessed across Jack Entertainment's 1.5 million square feet of casino entertainment space – which encompasses over 2,600 gaming machines and 85 table games at Jack Cleveland Casino and Jack Thistledown Racino.

With the implementation of Synkros, Jack Entertainment guests will be able to access clubJack loyalty rewards across all gaming locations. Real-time updates will also ensure that players receive specialised offers, awards and bonus events tailored to their preferences.

Konami Gaming also partnered with Ocean Casino Resort in late 2023 to integrate Synkros as the core gaming enterprise management system for the resort. The installation of the Synkros technology at Ocean Casino Resort is scheduled for completion before the summer of this year.
