Aristocrat Leisure Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of NeoGames SA. Aristocrat’s foray into online RMG began in 2022 when the company launched Anaxi, its dedicated RMG division. Building on this foundation, the acquisition of NeoGames increases Aristocrat’s online RMG capabilities. The integration of Anaxi and NeoGames operations under the newly formed Aristocrat Interactive creates a unified global business.

NeoGames, formerly known as Neo Group Ltd, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. The company has established itself as a prominent player in the RMG industry, offering end-to-end solutions for iGaming, iLottery, and online sports betting operators worldwide. By acquiring NeoGames, Aristocrat gains access to a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge RMG technologies and solutions.

Aristocrat’s acquisition of NeoGames was finalized after all the necessary conditions and requirements were met. The deal, valued at AUD1.80 billion (US$1.17 billion), cements Aristocrat’s commitment to its online RMG strategy and sets the stage for accelerated growth in the segment. This strategic move positions Aristocrat as a leading gaming platform for the regulated online RMG industry.

With the completion of the acquisition, Aristocrat announced key leadership changes within the company. Moti Malul, the former CEO of NeoGames, has been appointed as the CEO of Aristocrat Interactive. Reporting directly to Trevor Croker, Aristocrat’s CEO, Malul will play a crucial role in driving the company’s global expansion and realizing its vision of becoming a dominant force in the online RMG market.

In conjunction with the leadership changes, Mitchell Bowen, former CEO of Anaxi, will step down from his executive role. However, Bowen will continue to support Aristocrat in an advisory capacity, ensuring a smooth transition and contributing to the company’s strategic priorities.

The amalgamation of Anaxi and NeoGames operations has led to the birth of Aristocrat Interactive. This newly formed entity will spearhead Aristocrat’s global RMG initiatives, consolidating the company’s resources, capabilities, and expertise under a unified banner. The name “Aristocrat Interactive” underscores the company’s commitment to delivering top-notch gaming experiences and underscores the strength of the Aristocrat brand in the gaming industry.

Trevor Croker, CEO of Aristocrat, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition of NeoGames and the creation of Aristocrat Interactive. He emphasized that this strategic move would enhance Aristocrat’s organic capabilities and position the company as a leading gaming platform for the regulated online RMG industry. Croker highlighted the importance of providing a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for iGaming, iLottery, and online sports betting operators worldwide.
