Sporttrade, a sports betting operator based in Philadelphia, has announced its expansion into Iowa in collaboration with its partner, Wild Rose Casino & Hotel.

This marks the third state that the betting app has launched in, with Iowa residents becoming the newest group to gain access to the platform.

Regarding the expansion, Alex Kane, the Founder and CEO of Sporttrade, commented: "Today we're privileged to introduce the Sporttrade experience in Iowa. Sporttrade will be attractive for sports bettors who want a premium betting experience; higher limits, better prices and concierge care.

Off the back of this move, qualified players in Iowa can now place bets using the Sporttrade iOS app, with plans for the Android app to become available to Iowa players later in 2024.

Back in September 2022, Sporttrade launched the first regulated sports trading platform in New Jersey.

Following on from this success, the company expanded further by launching its sports betting service in Colorado in August of 2023.
