However, Prague isn’t just about low prices—it’s also a hub of entertainment. The city boasts 544 pubs and clubs. For a night out, try the quirky Anonymous Bar, known for its secretive atmosphere and vibe, or dance the night away at Duplex, a rooftop club with stunning views. The city’s charm extends beyond bars, with unique activities like a visit to the John Lennon Wall for some memorable photos. Prague truly has something for everyone, all at a great price.

London claims the spot for the second best stag and hen do destination in the UK

London ranks as the second UK destination for stag and hen do celebrations. While the capital may be on the pricier side, the unmatched variety of activities and nightlife makes it worth the splurge. 

Those celebrating their wedding festivities can enjoy a night out at The Piano Works, where live musicians play requests, or head to Sketch, known for its unique decor and delicious cocktails. For food, Dishoom offers a unique Bombay-style dining experience that’s perfect for groups. The capital also boasts a vibrant club scene with venues like the Ministry of Sound ensuring a memorable night out.

Rounding off our top three is Liverpool

Liverpool follows closely in third place, balancing affordability and fun. With pints priced at £4.5 ($5.89) and cocktails at £10 ($13.08), it offers a more budget-friendly option without sacrificing the party atmosphere. Hotels average £178 ($232.80) per night, and a meal for two is £62.5 ($81.74). Liverpool also offers 203 pubs and clubs alongside 29 activities, making it a great spot for those wanting a lively yet cost-effective stag and hen experience.

“One of the biggest mistakes people make is leaving the planning too late. The best venues, activities, and accommodations often book up quickly, so be sure to lock down your itinerary well in advance. A solid plan can save you both money and stress.

“The odds of something not going as planned are always high—whether it’s bad weather, last-minute cancellations, or unexpected changes. This is why it’s crucial to have backup options in place. Opt for a destination that offers a variety of activities, so even if Plan A falls through, you’ll have plenty of alternatives to keep the celebration going.

A seedlist was created based on the top 45 most visited cities in Europe, and on the top 15 for the UK. The cities were then ranked based on the following metrics:

• Average price of a cocktail – Expatistan 
• Average price of an Airbnb – Insider Airbnb
• Average price of a hotel – Booking.com
  • 1 night for two adults, at a popular date for stag and hen dos (Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th of June)
• Average cost of a meal out – Numbeo
  • We took the price of a meal out for two and divided it by two to get the cost per person 
• Number of pubs and clubs – Trip Advisor
• Number of activities- Trip Advisor
• Yearly search volume for “stag do” – Google Keyword Planner
